Dining at the Cabier Ocean Lodge

During your trip to Grenada, set aside some time to familiarize yourself with their culinary style. Due to the nature of the Cabier Ocean Lodge, this facility does not offer your typical dining options. Guests are invited to prepare meals for themselves in the privacy of their units, or head down to the on-site eatery for one-of-a-kind culinary treats.

The menu at the restaurant is constantly changing, and the hotel often doesn't know the content of their dinner until later in the day. They serve their fish freshly caught the same day, and boast produce harvested from local farmers.

Begin your day with a filling breakfast, which typically includes fresh fruit and juices, eggs cooked to order, toast, freshly-brewed coffee and tea, sausages and more. Lunches are offered upon request, and guests may choose to order from an a la carte menu. Dinners are served in a single sitting, and feature three courses. Those operating on a special diet are urged to inform the chefs of their situation in advance, to allow for their needs to be accommodated.

With the convenience of room service, guests here can enjoy a leisurely breakfast in bed, or a private romantic dinner.

If you can't leave Grenada without having an authentic, local meal, it may be necessary to drive a few miles in order to find a wider selection of dining options. If you get hungry while relaxing at the lodge, one of the closest options will be La Sagesse Nature Center, which specializes in seafood, among other things.
